Overview
The Nigeria Governors Spouses' Forum Secretariat is the administrative arm of the Nigeria Governors Spouses' Forum established to cary out the day to day activities of the forum. The Secretariat is headed by a CEO in the person of Hauwa Haliru Esq.

CEO, Nigeria Governors Spouses’ Forum
Hauwa Haliru-Hassan is a Lawyer and a Human Resources Professional. She has over 20 years work experience as a legal practitioner in various organisations and in different capacities in the private sector.
She has extensive experience working with civil institutions and NGOs for the development of their research, management, implementation of policy, compliance, governance and risk- management system as well as regulatory frameworks.
Her core skill set includes: Project Management and Administration; Public Policy Development (for Government Agencies and/or Organizations); Corporate Governance / Compliance; Organizational Restructuring – Designing, Conducting Businesses Risk Assessments etc.
She is the Head of HR and Governance Unit at the Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NGF) and the Chief Executive Officer at the Nigeria Governors Wives’ Forum Secretariat (NGSF) Secretariat.
