To celebrate International Widows Day (IWD) 2024 with the theme “Gender Equality and Culture of Widowhood in Nigeria,” Her Excellency Hajiya Lami Ahmadu Fintiri, in collaboration with the Renewed Hope Initiative, has provided 1200 widows across the 21 Local Government Areas of Adamawa State with foodstuffs and cash.
